Additional Wordpress Triggers

Would it be possible to please add triggers for Plugin activations, deletions, updates, etc as per this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/notification/ I use this to keep track of when all plugin updates occur so if something breaks I can see which plugin is to blame. They have a number of Wordpress related triggers besides the plugin related ones. Flowmattic has most of them but the ones it doesn't have are worth adding.
